IMPORT OF 1972 CHEVY CHEVELLE ANDY BANNING

Hill Shipping have recently imported the following vehicle for Andy Banning from the USA to the UK.

Mr Banning has kindly sent us photos along with the following info :

I've had a passion for classic American cars since I was young, and had a

dream of owning one when I was fortunate to do so, so on the net I went

bearing in mind I had a budget, I didn't want a bucket of rust though! I was

viewing this 72 chevelle on an American car site a private seller, He

forwarded me many restoration pictures and receipts of all new parts.

So I went ahead and made the purchase, bearing in mind I'd not arranged

shipment yet!

I came across hill shipping who took all the worry out of the whole process

and made all the adjustments to meet my budget, including the transport from

the seller to the port of export and to the uk, I was updated and all the

paperwork was completed by them, I would not hesitate to use these guys

again and recommend to anyone who wants peace of mind

IMPORT OF 1965 FORD MUSTANG FROM THE USA TO THE UK

We have arranged the import of a Ford Mustang from the USA to the UK on behalf of client Craig Blackwedge.

Craig and his partner took the vehicle for a drive around the USA before they delivered the vehicle into Baltimore port , we then arrange shipping to the UK !

We arranged for a ruling to be issued on this vehicle so ZERO duty was paid and just 5% VAT !!

Bought this car and drove it most of the way across the US on a once in a lifetime Road Trip

Everyone said we couldnt do it – but we did

Always been a little reluctant to go the whole hog and import a car as it always seemed so expensive and time consuming. 

The guys at Hill Shipping made sure this was as easy as buying from just up the road.

Car drove excellent and once wed got it to the port, all the work that Jamie and Co. at Hill Shipping had done for us made it relatively easy to get all the paperwork done and have the car ready for shipping within 2 hours of arriving at Maryland dock yards. Have to mention tho that the guys at the doc in Baltimore were sooo helpful! What was expected to take about 4 hours at the doc, took just over an hour.

Arrived unmarked a mere 4 weeks later.

Cheers guys – well be using you again, if were lucky enough to find another car this cool!

2010 HARLEY DAVIDSON SHIPPING FROM USA TO THE UK

Hill Shipping have just arranged import of this 2010 HARLEY DAVIDSON from the USA to the UK.

The bike was delivered into our Oakland loading depot where we arranged loading into a groupage / shared container for shipping to the UK.  Port of unpacking was Chatham, Kent.

Our client / importer is Mr Colin Carr.
